Ryan Golten is a senior mediator and facilitator with the Consensus Building Institute, a nationally and internationally known non-profit with 25 years of expertise in collaborative problem solving on natural resources and public policy issues. A former attorney, Ryan brings over 15 years of experience facilitating multi-stakeholder approaches to complex water planning and natural resources disputes. Ryan is known for her ability to navigate complex regulatory and technical contexts while bringing stakeholder together to find common ground and reach broadly supported outcomes. Ryan has taught mediation, facilitation and consensus building to a variety of public and private sector audiences, including water professionals and leaders. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico and lives in Colorado.
