• an overview of Northwest Kansas Technical College’s (NWKTC) Water Technology Farm
• producers sharing their experience with adopting new technologies

The events from 9:30-1:30 are at the Union on the Northwest Tech campus, and events from 1:30-4:00 are at the Tech Farm: 1303 E. 8^th, Goodland. The day ends with a benefit auction hosted by Big Iron - proceeds will go to local FFA programs and the precision ag tech program at Northwest Tech.

About: The Northwest Kansas Water Technology Farm Initiative hosted by NWKTC aims to encourage and support producer adoption of new technologies. The program engages in R&D related to irrigation equipment and management practices and provides hands-​on training and workforce development for Northwest Tech Ag students through their Precision Agriculture Technology program, their 240-​acre Technology Farm and in securing internships for students with regional water technology providers.
