Ali is a Ph.D. student at the Water Resources Center of Texas Tech University. His primary research interest is groundwater conservation planning in the arid and semi-arid agricultural area. His study focuses on developing an Agro-hydrological framework for assessing irrigation risks and its impact on crop production and groundwater availability in the future.
