A key goal of the 2021 Ogallala Aquifer Virtual Summit is to facilitate the exchange of information across state lines.
A white paper with accompanying video summary from each of the eight states overlying the aquifer was created for the 2021 summit to provide updates to the 2018 Ogallala Summit white papers. White papers from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and a Texas A&M “game theory” topic round out the set.
In addition, video clips from each aquifer state feature a wide range of people and perspective at the state, regional, and producer levels expressing the significance of aquifer issues to their particular context.
