The state of Colorado’s rules that regulate Designated Ground Water, including water in the Ogallala within the Northern High Plains and Southern High Plains Designated Ground Water Basins, are: “Rules and Regulations for the Management and Control of Designated Ground Water”, most recently re-amended on April 14, 2017.
